Overview
The Head of School set a clear goal: every school leader using Claude on real work within a week. This course gets them there. Each leader works through twelve short assignments in order, from acknowledging what the systems office can and cannot see, through installing VS Code, Node.js, Claude Code, and the Google connector, to simplifying one real task from their own job.
Every step says how you know it worked, so nobody is left guessing. A notes document stays open beside the course, the same ten-statement self-evaluation opens and closes the program, and the systems office follows each leader’s progress and can open any portal exactly as that leader sees it.
What it does
- Twelve assignments with due dates, checked off step by step
- A “how you know it worked” check under every step, and a copy button on every command
- Matching starting and finishing self-evaluations, scored 1 to 4 and shown side by side
- A personal notes document that stays open beside the course
- A participant handbook with the data rules and exactly what the systems office can see
- A manager summary with completion by assignment, average scores, and every comment
- View any participant’s portal as they see it, with every change recorded
- Participants, managers, messages, and due dates managed from one panel
- English and Korean throughout
