Overview
Boost replaced spreadsheets, paper rosters, and email chains with one system. Parents request clubs and music lessons, a request holds a seat by arrival time, and overflow joins a waiting list for that offering, with fees shown up front.
Staff work from a single console organised around the school day: who is in which club, where every child is, which bus they take home, and who is covering an absent instructor.
What it does
- Parent sign-up for clubs and a bookable menu of one-to-one music lessons
- Daily operations: summary, sign-ups, attendance, buses, rosters, students, and a live “where they are” view
- Cover log, transportation, and support queues for the office
- Setup, calendar, finance, and reporting for each trimester
- English and Korean throughout, with a parent view staff can preview
- Privacy by design: the cloud database holds only anonymous tokens, and names are looked up live from the school’s Google records
