Overview
With well over two hundred portals, sites, and dashboards in use, the school needed one place to see what exists, who owns it, and where it stands. The DSM Hub is that place.
Every project has a record with its links, status, and conversation. A single master index decides which apps appear in OneLink, MyIS, and each leadership hub, so adding one row updates every launcher at once.
What it does
- Project records with tabs for the project, to-dos, school improvement, the improvement plan, and notes
- Comments and @mentions on every project
- Supervisor digests and a reports tab for job descriptions and accreditation
- Tutorials in English and Korean
- A master index that drives OneLink, MyIS, and the leadership hubs
