Overview
A master schedule redesign touches every teacher, room, and student. This planning site gives leaders a shared vocabulary, the hard constraints from the IB programmes, and a research library, so decisions rest on numbers rather than habit.
Leaders answer twenty planning questions, saved and marked complete, and work through thirty action steps. A companion builder, in development, will audit the current schedule and test new grids for clashes before anything is published.

- Twenty planning interview questions, saved and marked complete
