BookTreeWork
A job-management app built for tree work, paired with a nationwide directory that links homeowners directly to local tree services.
Overview
BookTreeWork is software for the owners and crews of tree services, built for tree work rather than adapted from generic field service software. It takes no percentage of customer payments, shares no leads, and places no cap on jobs, and an owner can be working in it the same day.
Each company receives its own quote link to publish on its website, social pages, and Google Business listing. Requests arrive on the owner’s phone with the customer’s photos, are priced and scheduled in the app, and reach crew members, who sign in on their own phones with a six-digit code and follow the day’s route on a map. On the public side, homeowners search the directory by town, ZIP, or address and see local companies nearest first; listing order is never sold.
What it does
- A personal quote link for a company’s website, social pages, and Google Business listing, with requests and photos arriving on the owner’s phone
- Estimates the customer approves online, invoicing, and customer records with full history
- Crew sign-in with a six-digit code on their own phones, with assignments, a day planner with route maps, and timesheets
- Hazard assessments, aerial rescue plans, and equipment inspections attached to each job record
- Voice input and a built-in assistant: eight assists across the phone app and office console, fifty a day per company
- Job profit against the quote, receipt photos, crew wages costed to each job, and a month-end pack emailed on the 1st
- A public directory of tree services, searched by town, ZIP, or address, with listings nearest first and a map
