Overview
Each year every family confirms details and signs agreements for each child. The portal gathers those documents into one guided flow, pre-filled from the admissions system so families check rather than retype.
Families sign in with a link sent to their email, can switch to their phone with a QR code, and receive a confirmation when they finish. A companion staff dashboard follows each family’s progress and exports to CSV.
